DOOR/WINDOW DECORATING CONTEST:

WINTER CONTRACTS:
With all our new imporvements, Winter and Spring Semesters are filling up quickly. If you plan on staying please come to the office and sign a Winter Contract as soon as possible. If you are unsure if you have signed a Winter or Spring Contract, please email, call or stop by and we can check for you.
LAUNDRY ROOM CONCERNS:
We had to have a repair man come in and fix some of the washing machines. He gave us a few pointers on how to get and keep the machines working properly.
  • Do not mix loads. Wash towels with towels, and shirts with shirts and jeans with jeans, etc. Mixing loads makes the machine become unbalanced and then the machine will stop and not drain or spin properly. Please try to keep loads with like items.
  • Do not over fill washers. If you cannot see the back through the glass, you have filled it too full. An ideal load is 2/3 up the glass, NO more.
  • Please do not force the doors open. This breaks the latch and then we have to order more. If the door does not open immediately, please wait for 90 seconds and the door lock should unlock. If it does not please contact the office.
PART TIME WORK:
We are looking for individuals to help at certain times, doing various jobs. If youare interested in working please click HERE.
AIR CONDITIONERS:
With fall (winter) coming quickly, it is time to start taking out the air conditioners. To have them removed from your apartment, please submit a maintenance request. Arden will come and remove them in the order he receives the requests. (Please be patient it may take several weeks to remove them and put them away.)
